Backstory
Since Randall has always loved the paranormal, he jumped at the opportunity to check out a supposedly haunted forest with his friend Jared. The two entered the forest, not knowing only Jared would be able to exit alive. The two ended up being trapped by the spirits, and after the food supply was diminished, Jared resorted to cannibalism to stay alive, killing Randall. He now roams the forest (with a cloak concealing his appearance) trying to find trapped souls to free from the forest's grip before they resort to cannibalism like his friend had.
